In May 2001 PAW BioScience was granted patent number 7,950,700 – “Connector Assembly for Sterile Connectors”. The Patent applies directly to the pre-gasketed SterilEnz fitting technology and is the second patent for the SterilEnz product line. Artificial trachea built from scratch shows the promise of regenerative medicine.

A fully synthetic, tissue-engineered organ was transplanted into a man by surgeons in Sweden last month. The patients as fully recovered and has been discharged from the hospital.
